Day 1 (Monday, April 5, 2010) – Fit Test
Results above. I’m fairly pleased with my results.
Day 2 (Tuesday, April 6, 2010) – Plyometric Cardio Circuit
That was brutal!
Day 3 (Wednesday, April 7, 2010) – Cardio Power & Resistance
I have got to figure Wednesdays out. I played basketball for an hour over lunch as usual and tried to do this Insanity routine at 3:30 and was gassed halfway through the warm-up. I know I got a good workout in but I really want to keep up.
Day 4 (Thursday, April 8, 2010) – Cardio Recovery
The “Recovery” in only means you will only ring out 1 bucket of sweat after the workout instead of the regular 2 buckets for all other workouts.
Day 5 (Friday, April 9, 2010) – Pure Cardio
More like Pure H-E-DOUBLE-HOCKEY-STICK!
Day 6 (Saturday, April 10, 2010) – Plyometric Cardio Circuit
I realized when I got home last night that I don’t have enough ceiling room for Insanity in my house. So what I did was took my laptop opened up the garage and put my laptop facing out the garage on top of my car and did this routine on the driveway. It was a beautiful day and everything worked out quite nicely (except I’m I drew some looks from the cars going by).
Day 7 (Sunday, April 11, 2010) – Off Day
Woo-hoo!
Day 8 (Monday, April 12, 2010) – Cardio Power & Resistance
Seemed to go a little better than last time. My heart rate monitor is not working right so it messed me up a little.
Day 9 (Tuesday, April 13, 2010) – Pure Cardio
As Shaun T put it, “This s***t is bananas!”
